PLAY, LAY, AYE: Act 4 takes on a new form, immersing visitors in a sound installation that transforms the structure itself into an embodiment of sound. In this act, the installation becomes more than just a space for movement or performance—it is a vessel of auditory experience, where the architecture itself resonates with the sound design by Yesenia Rojas.
Visitors are invited to sit within or around the structure, allowing the contours of the installation to guide their experience. The expanded metal and plexiglass, now a conduit for sound composed by Rojas. The structure, once a framework for movement, now becomes an amplifier, transforming the space into a living, breathing sound environment. The installation creates a space where visitors can immerse themselves fully in the sonic realm, where the boundaries between listener and sound begin to blur, and the structure itself becomes an instrument of resonance.
In Act 4, PLAY, LAY, AYE deepens its exploration of space, interaction, and experience, allowing visitors to become participants in a quiet yet powerful dialogue between architecture and sound. Through Yesenia Rojas' design, this act transforms the structure into a place of contemplation, reflection, and profound connection, inviting all who enter to engage with the space in a new and intimate way.
